Fee
Structure and Payment |

A therapy hour is a 60-minute
session. The standard fee is $140.00 per therapy hour for
individuals and $150.00 for couples. There is no charge for
professional services requiring less than 15 minutes (e.g.,
phone calls, completing brief forms). Longer reports outside of
the session may result in charges; please discuss this with
Tracey Earle if necessary. Payment is due with each session. A
receipt for services is issued at the time of payment. Receipts
for psychological services can be a tax-deductible medical
expense; please save your receipts.
(There is a $15.00 fee for
issuing duplicate receipts). |

Insurance |
|
|
Psychological services are not
covered by MSI/ provincial health insurance, but may be covered
by some private health insurance plans.
Clients with such health insurance may be able to get reimbursed for
some of the costs of psychological services. Clients are
responsible for checking and understanding the details of
their own particular policy to verify the limits of their
coverage. Please note that insurance will often require a
referral from a physician to reimburse for psychological
services. |

Missed
Appointments |
|
|
Your appointment time is reserved
for you. Please note that appointments missed or cancelled
with less than 24 hours notice will be billed to you at the full
rate ($140.00/ $150.00). As Tracey Earle tries to be
reasonable about this policy, one missed or short notice
cancellation will be allowed prior to a charge resulting.
Allowances may be made for emergencies and illnesses, Please

Appointments are not reimbursed by insurers and are therefore
the sole responsibility of the client. |
